TESCO'S TAKE ON THE CARBON FOOTPRINT

1tesco1Retail is slowly getting the hang of things: Tesco, a U.K. supermarket, is testing putting carbon footprint labels on its own-brand products. GOING GLOBAL

Inside31Global Green USA’s Holy Cross Project, with the help of Home Depot, has finally completed their first eco-friendly house in New Orleans, with four more homes and an apartment complex to go. Again, Brad Pitt’s name pops up, having donated to this cause (while also creating his Make It Right Foundation). Things seem to be looking up for sustainable housing in New Orleans, especially with the low prices associated with these homes (anywhere from $120,000 to $150,000, not including subsidies). Scroll through the Global Green website to find out how you can help as well as tips on how to green your home.
